The floors, frame rails, rockers and even the lower quarters behind the tires are rust free original metal. UNDERSIDE: The metal is dry as a chalkboard under this car. The paint is original so it shows wear but the metal is pristine original. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It is untouched original inside. The engine bay is clean, straight original metal that's been painted black. The distributor, cap and wires were replaced. It's dressed up with Ford Motorsport valve covers and air cleaner. The upholstery was replaced and the door panels look new.ĮNGINE COMPARTMENT: The 260 V8 motor has been upgraded with an aluminum intake and a Holley carb. ![]() The chrome bezels sparkle, lenses are clear. In front of me is a mint instrument panel. INTERIOR: It has a sporty interior with factory bucket seats, center console and a sport steering wheel. It isn't a $20,000 paint job but it has a smooth, glossy finish. Repainted 1 time in it's original Rangoon red color. ![]() ![]() This car has a virgin, original metal body.
